Qi Gong Classes in Saint Augustine, Florida

I'm excited to be teaching Qi Gong again in the Saint Augustine, Florida area, where I'll also resume my acupuncture practice.

I have no doubt in my mind that Qi Gong is the best adjunct practice that any acupuncturist could include in his work.

It is really a win-win situation. Our patients improve and the practitioner improves also from the practice.

The task of getting my website's practice to show on the first page of Google when someone searches the keywords Saint Augustine Acupuncture, and my site FernandoBernall.com shows in the results, is very time consuming.

First of all, it takes time for Google to re-index your site. Second, there are other practitioners in St. Augustine practicing acupuncture, and most important, since Google likes fresh content, I need to create more articles to move my site back up on top.

I will keep on trying and see what the results bring..

After moving up to Rhode Island for nearly a year, we've chosen to return to our acupuncture practice in Saint Augustine and have our children finish high school here in St. Johns county.

Living in Rhode Island was a great experience for us at various levels. Of course, we had one of the worst winters in record, but the beautiful spring made every chilling day worth the wait..
